Passionate. Educational. Inspirational.
My soul's purpose is to build a better world by bringing compassionate, trauma-informed psychoeducation in a safe and open way. Multi-passionate and a member of many “niche” groups, I am flexible in my offerings. I’ve done everything from providing training on the LGBTQIA+ population and best practices to writing and running large spiritual gatherings for multiple communities. When it comes to what I love to do, I am guided to help public schools, parents, communities, and professional organizations (especially non-profits or purpose vs. progress-driven small businesses).
Public Schools
In my last few years of teaching as I earned my Master’s degree, I provided weekly “Mindfulness Monday” sessions to my students and they RAVED about it. They were all about the ability to tap in, be still and quiet, and be fully present with themselves and me.
Now as a licensed professional counselor, I bring mindfulness, meditation, and emotional awareness practices to students and staff in public schools. This includes (but, I’m so willing to workshop around your needs):
Attending a specific class to provide guided meditations or coping lessons to students.
Coming to monthly staff meetings to provide grounding & centering practices before meetings
Facilitating a teacher retreat day for staff that involves integrative healing practices and consultations
Mental Health Clinicians & Professionals
provide guided meditations & deep breathwork in retreat settings
consult or provide 1/2 or full-day training about LGBTQIA+, cannabis, self-care, coping skills, polyamory, BDSM, neopaganism, New Thought, and Starseed concepts for practitioners that need more first-hand, unbiased knowledge from a fellow clinician in order to meet ethical codes of cultural humility/competence.
Soul Lead Purpose-Driven Businesses

An Educator First and Foremost
I was a teacher before I was a therapist and coach. I consider myself an educator at my core, but decided to take my educational talents towards the skills that weren’t being taught in school… How to accept and love ourselves, cope with stress and adversity, and how to feel our feelings.
Then, I found the right therapist! Everything changed. Through having a non-judgmental person to help me help myself, I learned to accept it was okay to not be like "everyone else." It was like finding the breath I didn’t know I’d been holding. At last, I felt like I could let my “freak flag” fly and it was alright. It was okay to be me. RADICAL SELF LOVE! Hell yeah!
Now, I hope to be that therapist for you!
